All staff of the I2MC teams and having a contract of more than 6 months are invited to participate in the scientific retreat of our institute on June 5 and 6 .

The idea is to meet in a different context around round table sessions on various themes. Poster presentation sessions are also planned as well as a time of cohesion activities that  the members of the PPD (PhD Post-Doc committee) will propose.

We will stay at the Domaine du Mas de Saboth in St Géry Vers in the Lot. We will join the reception site by bus from the I2MC. Meals will be served as a buffet at lunchtime and on a plate in the evening. If you have dietary restrictions (special diet, allergies) remember to report it now in the registration form. Dinner will be followed by a dance party.

The accommodations will be shared (1 person per room, several rooms in the same accommodation with individual or shared bathrooms with 2 rooms), you can now pre-book a type of accommodation and with whom you want to share it. Your wishes will be respected within the limit of the accommodation allocated to us.
